UBC Brain Research Center Volunteer Positions

Our laboratories also offer challenging volunteer opportunities for undergraduate students.
If you are interested in volunteering, familiarize yourself with the research at the Centre to determine what specific research area(s) you are interested in doing volunteer work. Then, using the list of Brain Research Centre investigators, also determine which investigators work in your field of interest.
Once you have determined:
(1) what research area(s) you would like to do volunteer work, and
(2) with whom you would like to do this work,
then send your request for volunteering directly to the investigator(s) you have selected.
All inquiries should include the following information:
Your full name (first AND last name);
Your email address;
Your specific area of interest in neuroscience;
A brief description of the undergraduate training you've received to date, including what year you are in, what program you are in, etc;
A brief description of volunteer work you've performed in other settings;
A brief explanation of why you would like to volunteer in the Brain Research Centre; and
For how long and when you are interested in volunteering.
